Crenças Limitantes Fátima Braga

Você sabe o que são crenças limitantes? O que que elas podem fazer ou deixar que a gente faça da nossa vida?

É sobre isso que vamos falar hoje e tudo que eu tenho feito para ir limpando as crenças limitantes. O processo de crenças em nós é tão forte que se a gente tem uma meta, um objetivo ou algo que desejamos na vida, podemos mover céus e terras, podemos se descabelar ou fazer o que for, o possível e o impossível mas, se a crença não estiver alinhada com aquilo que a gente deseja nada vai acontecer. Ou seja, tudo vai se realizar conforme aquilo que a gente acredita, conforme a nossa crença.

 Essa é a força da crença. Ela é um condicionamento, é também o aprisionamento, ela é um modelo de mundo, é a forma como nós enxergarmos as coisas, é uma profecia Auto Realizável. Crenças como:  

  • Ganhar de dinheiro é difícil,
  • É mais fácil um camelo entrar pelo buraco de uma agulha do que um rico ir para o céu,
  • A vida é uma luta,
  • Os homens não prestam são todos infiéis,
  • Eu já sou velha demais para isso Ou eu sou nova demais,
  • Isso não é para mim
  • Eu não vou conseguir
  • Eu não tenho capacidade
  • Será que eu mereço isso

Esses são alguns modelos de crenças que a gente carrega. Essas são as crenças limitantes que podem nos impedir de chegar onde a gente deseja, de encontrar a Felicidade.

Segundo a wikipédia Crença é o estado psicológico em que um indivíduo adota e se detém a uma proposição ou premissa  para a verdade ou ainda, uma opinião formada ou convicção. 

Hoje eu estou percebendo como esses condicionamentos, esses meus paradigmas essas minhas crenças, me limitaram para que eu não chegasse ainda onde eu desejo. E desde então, passei a buscar métodos, técnicas para ir limpando as crenças limitantes que estão me bloqueando.

 As crenças limitantes funcionam como uma cebola. Estão em camadas. Existe a crença mais superficial e as outras mais fortes que são as que estão lá na raiz. Quando iniciamos esse caminho de Desenvolvimento Pessoal, a gente precisa ir garimpando para encontrá-las e substituí-las. 

Qual a influência das crenças em nossa vida?

Limpando as crenças limitantes As crenças influenciam nossa vida em todos os sentidos. Faz com que a gente viva aquilo que a gente acredita. É como quando você vai no cinema e coloca o óculos 3D para enxergar melhor, é exatamente isso: é uma lente, é a forma que você vai enxergar o mundo, que você vai enxergar tudo ao seu redor, com cada situação, cada coisa que você vai viver a sua vida. Ela se torna todo os nossos Valores.

Se você acredita que os homens não prestam, que a vida é difícil, que as mulheres são levianas, não adianta ninguém tentar te convencer do contrário. Você vai viver e agir conforme essas crenças.  

 Além das crenças de cada um, existe também as crenças coletivas. Aquilo que a sociedade acredita. Perceba como isso é real. Os grupos que você participa, onde você está inserido, geralmente as pessoas daquele grupo pensam e agem igual a você.  É como aquela velha frase:

Diga-me com quem tu andas que eu te direi quem és!

Como posso ir limpando as crenças limitantes?

 A pergunta é: Como que eu posso pensar diferente?  Porque é isso que vai fazer você mudar, vai fazer com que as coisas mudem na sua vida. O Primeiro passo é identificar essas crenças as quais carrega. O segundo passo é desenvolver novas formas de pensar e o terceiro passo treinar para que aquilo se torne seu padrão.

    1. It does take some work, but it’s worth it mainly for people who like to write and transmit knowledge. The tip I leave is to purchase a course that will help you do this.
